Another wonderful Perpetual in a beautiful brown tone (optional), by Mc Farland house, handcrafted by Mike in his workshop in Pennsylvania.

Very light and sensitive rod with a deeper bend than the 4/5 tail, "here it is obligatory to use very thin tips"!

As requested, the rod has a simple design, with only small light blue accents to evoke the sky.

On this blank, I wanted to install my first prototype of the "Ber Double Eccentric" spacer, made from a fragment of stabilised Black Ash burl and with antique burnished brass hardware.

The idea behind the "BDE" was to create a grip + spacer + hardware with a continuous line, using a differentiated double-axis turning process to achieve total comfort, without steps or depressions. Only a tiny rivet prevents the sliding band from coming out.

A beautiful agate stripping guide by "Perfect" in sky blue banded burnished black in my lab, black nickel guides and "Ghost" wraps + sky blue tips complete the assembly.

I also created a heart-shaped cut-out that has an important meaning for my client.

This is a unique rod, with a strong character, full of meaning, but it also remains always a instrument for capturing emotions !

Un altro stupendo Perpetual di un bellissimo tono marrone (optional), by casa Mc Farland, costruito artigianalmente da Mike nel suo laboratorio in Pennsylvania.

Canna molto leggera e sensibile con una una curvatura più profonda rispetto alla coda 4/5, "obbligatorio usare tip molto sottili" !

Come richiesto il look della canna è sobrio, sono presenti solo piccoli accenti in tono celeste per richiamare il cielo.

Su questo grezzo ho voluto montare mio il primo esemplare di "Ber Double Eccentric" spacer, realizzato su un frammento di Black Ash burl stabilizzato e una meccanica in ottone brunito anticato.

L'idea del "BDE" è stata quella di voler realizzare un grip + spacer + hardware con una linea continua, effettuando una tornitura a doppio asse differenziato, per raggiungere un confort totale, senza scalini o depressioni. Solo un piccolissimo rivetto impedisce la fuori uscita dello sliding band.

Un bellissimo stripping guide in agata "Perfect" celeste-banded brunito nero nel mio lab, serpentine black nickel e legature "Ghost" + filetti celesti completano il montaggio.

Ho anche realizzato una traforatura a forma di cuore che ha un significato importante per il mio cliente.

Questa è una canna unica, con un forte carattere, piena di significati ma rimane sempre anche uno strumento per catturare emozioni !
